Founded in 1976 by a couple of Mr. Tou-Chi Chiang & Mrs. Chinn Chiang-Chang in Taipei Taiwan, started as “ Queen Chemical Factory”, we were established to manufacture nail polish products, and to be engaged in the internal and external sales business of our private brands of color cosmetics ---BILENA and .

In 1994, our company reorganized and has been renamed as “Ever Bilena Cosmetics Inc.” In the following decades, we continually build on our heritage with the color cosmetics manufacturing and export as our main business.

From this we have become an OEM/ODM factory of a range of diverse color cosmetics and skin care products, such as the mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow, eyebrow coat, eyebrow oil…etc, and also lip oil, lipstick, lipgloss, compact, cake foundation, blusher, stick foundation, liquid foundation, and the basic skin care products etc.

Our focus is on supplying the high quality products with reasonable prices to meet the needs of the users.

本公司創立於1976年台北市南港區，原名「女王化學工業社」（Queen Chemical Factory），初期專注於指甲油的生產，並經營彩妝自有品牌Bilena與的內外銷事業。因應組織變革，廠區遷至今日新北市汐止區，於1994年重組更名為 儕鋒化粧品有限公司，以色彩化妝品及保養品生產與外銷為主要業務，產品包括睫毛膏、眼線液、眼影、眉毛等眼部彩妝，口紅、唇蜜、粉膏餅、粉條、粉底霜及基礎保養品等，以合理的價格提供使用者品質優良的產品為職志。
